I have bumps all over my body, mostly my joints and hands though. There sporadic in placement. I have no idea what they are, but they itch like crazy! You can barely see them unless the light is at just the right angle. They almost look like blisters. Help me please!

start to feel ichy and then i start to scratch the area it can be on the back of my thigh arms calves around my lower back on hips buttocks area i scrathch and little bumps apear some of them can be scatterd of alot of bumps i itch until i brake blood vessels or the rash stings and some of the time i cant control the itching what is this they are clear bumps i notice after i shower and shave and also when i get stressed
