I keep getting this annoying skin rash. It will come on and stay for a week or two, then it will disappear. Then, a couple weeks later, it will be back. It is big red blotchy spots. It never itches. It appears on different parts of my body every time. At first, I thought it was an allergic reaction to some medicine I was taking for an illness, but it has appeared 4 times now, and I stopped taking that medicine months ago. This has been going for a few weeks. I have seen a doctor once about it, but he wasn't very much help. He thought it was from too much sun exposure.

The same thing happened to me and I asked the doctor. She said,"oh it's something you ate. " She just glacnced at it briefly. Lately, I can't win for losing. Tree pollen is up and a tree is right by my window and my air condition unit. I try to stay away from the allergens but I keep getting the rashes. It clears up with caladryl lotion or benadryl for the itch. Wash it with warm water and a little soap, I use dove ,then apply the anti-itch cream oh yeah,hydrocortizone really works and its over the counter. Good luck. Be careful its not your fault.
